General Requirements for All Team Members

To maintain the high-quality, sustainable, and harmonious service we promise our clients, all team members must meet the following baseline requirements:

Reliable Transportation
Must have dependable transportation to and from client sites throughout the service area. Punctuality is essential.
Smartphone with Active Service
An iPhone or Android device with active phone/text/data service is required for scheduling, communication, and checklist access.
Willingness to Complete Holistic Training
All team members will be trained in Bare Necessities’ signature service style, including natural product use, feng shui–based flow, energy care, and sustainability practices. Attendance and engagement are required.
Must be able to pass a background check
For the safety and protection of our clients and our team members, all team members must pass the background check requirements.
Clean, Professional Appearance
Team members are expected to maintain a neat and respectful appearance. Uniforms or work-appropriate attire may be required depending on role.
Comfort Working with Natural Products
We use only non-toxic, herbal, and citrus-based handmade products. You must be comfortable using and learning about holistic materials.
Physical Ability to Perform Housekeeping Tasks
Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Reasonable accommodations will be considered.
Clear, Respectful Communication
Whether with clients or coworkers, kindness, discretion, and open communication are part of the culture.
Respect for Private Spaces
We work in people’s homes and sacred spaces. Discretion, integrity, and presence are non-negotiable.
